My name is Meredith, and I was quite literally born an animal lover. My earliest of childhood memories are those spent happily toddling after our collie, Dutchess, everywhere she went.
I’m drawn to, and naturally connect with animals, and have learned through countless hours of my life spent watching, studying, interacting with, and training them, how they think, act, and react to the world around them.
I learned invaluable skills in assessing, handling, and working with various behaviors through studying both verbal communication and, most importantly, body language as a veterinary assistant/practical technician for over 15 years.
In 2018 I sought out my certification in positive dog training techniques through Animal Behavior College, and successfully completed their in-depth and rigorous course study and externship with a qualified, positive, fear free dog trainer. I graduated in July 2019, earning my certification.
