Amanda is a Whidbey Island native – born in Anacortes, raised in Oak Harbor, graduating from high school in Coupeville.
Amanda applied to Skagit Valley College and went to nursing school – where she spent over a decade in healthcare – specializing in dementia care/management.
Her passion for animals never fading from her younger years. Amanda decided to pursue a career working with animals in the hopes to spend more time with her young daughters.
Amanda applied to Animal Behavioral College – Grooming program in September 2021. During which she spent a year studying under other local groomers while completing her studies.
Her love and dedication to providing quality care started young, and has continued through her life.
