"Animal Behavior College is excellent in providing a well-rounded education and many career choices to choose from. Last year, I enrolled in the veterinarian assistant program. I just signed up for the obedience dog training program. I highly recommend this program if you want to learn from home with a self-pace program. It allows me to do all of the things I like to do in my free time, as well as work and go to school. I couldn't recommend them enough after being enrolled into programs in the future, I wouldn't be against enrolling in a third. I have a third enrollment picked out for after I finish the second program, that I am currently doing."

Veterinary Assistant Program

"I am a 52-year-old graduate who pursued a career in Computer Science. After working in that field for over 30 years, I realized that I was ready for a change. I decided to explore veterinary science, specifically Veterinary Technician and Veterinarian, due to my passion for animals. Although the desire and the opportunity were there, I lacked the confidence due to the fact that I had spent the last 30 years of my life in computer science. The desire and opportunity to further my education existed, yet my confidence was lacking. My fear of the terminology was my biggest enemy. That is where Animal Behavior College came to the rescue. I enrolled in the Veterinary Assistant program. From day one, my confidence began to improve. I took the index and the glossary and broke each term into flash cards. I memorized the entire appendix which turned the reading of each section into games of word math. I could break down and tell you what I was about to read about just because I understood the root, prefix and suffix of the term. The Veterinary Assistant program goes above and beyond all of my expectations. My confidence in being able to perform my job at the end of this program or to continue my education in this field at a level that I can be proud of every day is 100%. If you are thinking about getting into veterinary medicine I would recommend this as the starting point for technicians and veterinarians. If your desire is to become a veterinary assistant, you will be a great asset to anyone that hires you after taking this program! The animals will be grateful as well! I am incredibly grateful for the knowledge and increasing confidence that I have gained in preparing for a career in the veterinary science world!"

The approved veterinary assistant school lets you turn your passion for helping animals into a rewarding career. I enrolled in the Veterinary Assistant Program at Animal Behavior College June 2024. I retired in JAN 2024 and had been searching for a Veterinary Assistant Program for months prior to enrolling at this school. I requested information and within 24 hours I received an email from a very friendly representative that answered all of my questions and sent additional information on the school's curriculum, details about the program itself, and payment options. After enrollment, I was immediately assigned a program manager. She contacted me to ensure I understood the curriculum, and requirements for completion. The curriculum was recently updated and revamped. You complete nine online programs and a mandatory PET CPR certification. After completion, Animal Behavior College pairs you with a veterinary clinic in your area for your Externship allowing you the opportunity to receive real-world experience. The Veterinary Assistant Program is designed to prepare you for a career working with animals, everything from exam room prep and surgical procedure to small animal health care."

"A great resource for "mature" students, and by mature, I mean for anyone who graduated high school over 30 years ago. As they say, you're never too old and it's never too late to enrich your mind. Whether you want to pursue a new career path, start your own business or simply seek to advance your personal knowledge, this school offers many interesting programs to choose from. Currently still going through stage 1 of the Veterinary Assistant course, but I already have very positive first impressions. You can be rest assured that there are real people and real support available in the background, which is evident from the moment you request some information. The course itself is engaging, with extensive reading material as well as additional media and external links for reference, all within an easy to navigate website/dashboard. The timeframe between the study portion and the test deadline is generous. While the format is self-paced, a certain amount of motivation and discipline is expected, which isn't too difficult as it keeps you wanting to learn more. Zookeeper Assistant Program

"There are so many colleges, universities, vocational and technical schools across the US that cater to very specific programs often times not found as easily as one may think. I came across Animal Behavior College while reaching online Bachelor's degrees for Zoology and specifically what caught my eye was ABC's Zookeeper's Assistant program. Now, I have been working in getting into the world of Biology and seeing that there was a program out there that would give me the training I need to start in the real world working at a zoo or even withing a conservation society, I was absolutely astounded! In all the years that I have been in school, and it's many years, and with how much I love animals, the Zookeeper Assistant program at ABC was exactly the calling I had been waiting for. Even though I have only just started my Zookeeper Assistant program here at ABC, it has honestly been one of the best learning experience's so far in my 39 years. I am learning things about zoos that I couldn't really ever think about asking a zookeeper about. I won't give anything away because I want those who are really interested in the program to take the shoot and do it, but when I learned what zoos were originally called, I was blown away! If I could give more than five stars, I would give as many as I could!"
